Many times we feel concerned on how big our tommy gets or how gradually we add weight in certain areas of our body especially the belly.
A lot of us tried have ways on how to reduce belly fat, it could be ketogenic diet, exercise, yoga and meditation or even the taking of green tea and still there is no result.
